Who we are
Calorie Cub (caloriecub.com and the Calorie Cub apps) is operated by Intuico Digital, LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Account details: when you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name, email address, and an account identifier from that provider. We never see or store your password.
What you log: diary entries, custom foods, recipes, weights, goals, favorites, and any reports or corrections you submit.
Connected apps: the AI assistants and other apps you authorize, the permissions you grant them, and when you granted them.
Technical data: your IP address and basic request details, used for security, rate limiting, and troubleshooting. Our logs do not contain your diary contents or sign-in tokens.
How we use it
Only to run Calorie Cub: signing you in, storing and showing your diary, calculating nutrition, and letting apps you connected act within the permissions you granted. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your diary for advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run Calorie Cub: Cloudflare (hosting and database), and Apple or Google when you sign in with them.
Apps you connect: only the data their granted permissions allow, until you disconnect them in Settings.
Other users: only recipes you choose to make public.
Authorities: only when the law requires it.
Your choices
In Settings you can export all of your data as JSON, disconnect any connected app, or delete your account. Deleting your account permanently removes your diary, foods, recipes, weights, goals, favorites, sessions, and connected-app grants.
Children
Calorie Cub is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
