Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Calorie Cub, operated by Intuico Digital, LLC. By using Calorie Cub you agree to them.

You must be at least 13 to use Calorie Cub. Keep access to your Apple or Google account secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions taken by apps you connect.

Nutrition data comes from official, public, and user-submitted sources, and some values are estimates. It may be incomplete or wrong. Calorie Cub is not medical advice; talk to a qualified professional about your health and diet.

You own what you log. You give us permission to store, process, and display it to provide the service, and to show recipes you publish to other users. Do not submit content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to share.

Do not attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, exceed API or MCP rate limits on purpose, or try to access anyone else's data. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Calorie Cub is free during beta. We may change, pause, or end features or the service. You can stop using it and delete your account at any time in Settings.

Calorie Cub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on nutrition information in the service.
